Non vi è alcun tipo di censura preventiva dei contenuti.

Nel caso in cui venga inviato ad HTO.tv materiale (Video, Foto, Audio, Documenti e/o Comunicati Stampa, etc.) offensivo o irrispettoso nei confronti della pubblica morale, lo Staff di HTO.tv può, a suo insindacabile giudizio, decidere di non pubblicare il materiale.

Nel caso in cui venga inviato ad HTO.tv materiale (Video, Foto, Audio, Documenti e/o Comunicati Stampa, etc.), in contrasto con le Leggi dello Stato Italiano, lo Staff di HTO.tv provvederà ad informare le Autorità competenti rendendo disponibile, alle stesse, sia il materiale che tutte le informazione, disponibili ad HTO.tv, sul mittente.

Quando invii i tuoi contenuti multimediali, e non, ad HTO.tv, concedici contestualmente, ed irrevocabilmente, ad HTO.tv, i diritti d'autore e la licenza gratuita, non esclusiva, per archiviare, pubblicare, visualizzare, modificare, distribuire e sindacare i tuoi contenuti in tutto il mondo, su qualsiasi piattaforma web (a titolo di mero esempio, ma non limitatamente, HTO.tv, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc) con qualsiasi mezzo di diffusione e/o Trasmissione, con qualsiasi tipo di tecnologia, presente e futura.

Con l’invio dei tuoi contenuti multimediali, confermi e garantisci altresì di disporre di tutte le necessarie autorizzazioni per concedere la suddetta licenza ad HTO.tv.

Il materiale inviato, anche se non pubblicato, non verrà in ogni caso restituito.

In the event that it is sent to HTO.tv material (Video, Photo, Audio, Documents and/or Press Releases, etc.), in contrast with the Laws of the Italian State, the Staff of HTO.tv will inform the competent Authorities making available, to the same, both the material and all the information, available at HTO.tv, on the sender.

When you send your multimedia contents, and not, to HTO.tv, concede us at the same time, and irrevocably, to HTO.tv, the copyright and the free, non-exclusive license to store, publish, view, modify, distribute and syndicate your content worldwide, on any web platform (by way of example, but not limited to, HTO.tv, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc) by any means of dissemination and/or transmission, with any type of technology, present and future.

By sending your multimedia content, you confirm and warrant that you have all the necessary authorizations to grant the aforementioned license to HTO.tv.

The material sent, even if not published, will not be returned in any case.
